Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NIP7, or Nucleolar protein interacting with P53 (also known as ribosomal RNA biogenesis factor 7), represents a critical component in the cellular machinery responsible for ribosome biogenesis and cellular stress response. Initially identified for its interactions with the tumor suppressor protein p53, NIP7 has garnered attention due to its role in organizing and regulating nucleolar functions, including ribosomal RNA transcription and processing. Dysregulation of NIP7 has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, where alterations in ribosome production can lead to uncontrolled cell proliferation. Research into NIP7 recombinant proteins aims not only to elucidate its structure-function relationships but also to explore its potential as a therapeutic target. Understanding the molecular mechanisms governed by NIP7 could pave the way for novel strategies in cancer treatment and other diseases linked to ribosomal dysfunctions, highlighting its significance in both fundamental biology and clinical applications.
