Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The NHP2L1 gene, located on chromosome 16, encodes a protein that is part of the NOP2/Sun RNA methyltransferase family, which has been implicated in various cellular processes, including ribosome biogenesis and RNA metabolism. Recent studies suggest that NHP2L1 may play a critical role in maintaining cellular homeostasis and regulating stress responses. Dysregulation of NHP2L1 has been associated with several diseases, including certain cancers and neurodegenerative disorders, highlighting its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Given its importance in fundamental biological processes and disease pathways, the recombinant expression and characterization of the NHP2L1 protein have become a focus of research. Producing this protein in a recombinant system allows for detailed structural and functional analyses, enabling researchers to investigate its interactions with other cellular components, elucidate its role in disease, and explore its therapeutic potentials. Understanding the precise mechanisms of NHP2L1 function could provide insights into new strategies for disease intervention and pave the way for the development of novel therapeutic agents. Thus, the study of NHP2L1 recombinant protein holds significant promise for advancing our knowledge of cellular regulation and disease pathology.
