稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FCGR1A, also known as CD64, is a high-affinity receptor for the Fc region of immunoglobulin G (IgG) and plays a crucial role in the immune response. It is primarily expressed on monocytes, macrophages, and neutrophils, facilitating the uptake of IgG-opsonized pathogens and enhancing phagocytosis and antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity. Given its significant involvement in immune regulation and disease pathogenesis, including autoimmune disorders and infections, the study of FCGR1A recombinant proteins has gained interest. Researchers aim to explore its potential as a therapeutic target and diagnostic marker. The production of recombinant FCGR1A proteins enables detailed studies of its structure, function, and interactions with IgG and other immune components. These studies contribute to understanding its role in modulating immune responses and may pave the way for the development of novel immunotherapeutics. Furthermore, analyzing variant forms of FCGR1A can provide insights into individual differences in immune response and susceptibility to diseases. Overall, FCGR1A recombinant proteins represent a valuable tool in immunology, with promising implications for improving disease management and developing new treatment strategies.
