Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LRCH1 (Leucine-Rich Repeat and CH domain-containing protein 1) is a protein that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, cell adhesion, and cytoskeletal organization. Its structure comprises multiple leucine-rich repeats and a CH (calponin homology) domain, which facilitate protein-protein interactions and contribute to its functional diversity. Research has shown that LRCH1 is implicated in several biological processes, including immune response and cancer progression, making it a potential target for therapeutic intervention. Recent studies have focused on the recombinant expression of LRCH1 to better understand its structure-function relationship, the mechanisms underlying its role in various pathophysiological conditions, and its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in diseases. The production of LRCH1 as a recombinant protein allows for detailed biochemical and biophysical analyses, enabling researchers to elucidate its functional interactions and regulatory pathways. Understanding LRCH1's role at the molecular level may lead to novel insights into its contributions to health and disease, as well as the development of targeted therapies for conditions associated with dysregulation of this protein.
