Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LRCH3 (Leucine-Rich Repeat Containing 3) is a protein characterized by its leucine-rich repeats, which are known to mediate protein-protein interactions and play a crucial role in various cellular processes. Research into LRCH3 has gained momentum due to its potential involvement in immunological responses and cellular signaling pathways. Notably, LRCH3 has been implicated in the regulation of receptor activity and the modulation of signaling cascades crucial for immune cell function. Studies have suggested that LRCH3 might play a significant role in the pathogenesis of certain diseases, including autoimmune disorders and cancers, by affecting how immune cells respond to stimuli. Furthermore, understanding the structure and function of LRCH3 could pave the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies targeting dysregulated immune responses. The recombination and expression of LRCH3 as a recombinant protein allow researchers to investigate its functional properties, elucidate its interactions with other cellular molecules, and explore its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Through these studies, the aim is to clarify the biological roles of LRCH3 and its implications in health and disease, ultimately contributing to advancements in biomedical research and targeted therapies.
