Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LNX1 (Ligand of Numb-1) is an E3 ubiquitin ligase implicated in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, cell differentiation, and apoptosis. It plays a crucial role in the regulation of protein stability and degradation through the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway. The study of LNX1 recombinant protein has gained significance due to its involvement in neurogenesis and its potential implications in neurodegenerative diseases. Research has shown that LNX1 interacts with important signaling pathways, such as the Notch and Wnt pathways, and is involved in the modulation of neuronal development and function. Understanding the structure and function of LNX1 can provide insights into its biological roles and its potential as a therapeutic target. Recent advances in protein engineering and purification techniques have enabled researchers to produce LNX1 recombinant protein for in-depth biochemical and biophysical studies. These studies can elucidate the mechanisms by which LNX1 regulates cellular processes, paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies in diseases associated with dysregulated ubiquitination and protein homeostasis, such as cancer and neurodegeneration. Furthermore, exploring the interactions of LNX1 with other cellular proteins can reveal its broader impact on cellular networks and signaling pathways. As such, the recombinant form of LNX1 serves as a vital tool for probing its functional significance and therapeutic potential in health and disease.
