Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LEO1 (Lethal Human Embryonic Ovary 1) is a multifunctional protein that plays a critical role in the regulation of gene expression and chromatin remodeling. It is a component of RNA polymerase II transcriptional machinery and is implicated in various cellular processes, including transcriptional activation, DNA repair, and cell cycle regulation. Recent studies have revealed that LEO1 is associated with several cancers, suggesting that its dysregulation may contribute to tumorigenesis. The importance of LEO1 in embryonic development and its involvement in maintaining genomic stability highlight its potential as a target for therapeutic interventions. Understanding the structure-function relationship of LEO1 through recombinant protein studies can provide valuable insights into its mechanisms of action and interaction with other cellular factors. This research aims to elucidate the biochemical properties of LEO1, including its binding affinities and post-translational modifications, to uncover its role in health and disease, ultimately contributing to the development of novel strategies for cancer treatment and regenerative medicine.
