Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MRGBP (Magnesium-Dependent RNA-binding Protein) is a crucial factor in cellular processes associated with RNA metabolism and regulation. Research into MRGBP has gained significant attention due to its potential roles in cancer biology and cellular stress responses. It is known to interact with various RNA molecules, influencing their stability, localization, and translation. The protein's activity is modulated by magnesium ion levels, linking its function to cellular ionic environments and metabolic states. Studies have shown that dysregulation of MRGBP expression or function can contribute to tumor progression and resistance to therapies, highlighting its importance as a potential biomarker and therapeutic target. The recombinant production of MRGBP allows for detailed biophysical and biochemical characterization, facilitating investigations into its structure-function relationship and interactions with RNA and other proteins. This research is critical for elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying its roles in health and disease and may lead to innovative strategies for cancer treatment and other disorders associated with RNA metabolism.
