Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ADGRG6, also known as GPR126, is a member of the adhesion G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) family and is primarily involved in various physiological processes, including cell adhesion, embryonic development, and neural function. Its unique structure, characterized by a long N-terminal region with potential adhesive properties, distinguishes it from other GPCRs and suggests specific interactions with the extracellular matrix and other cellular components. Research has revealed that ADGRG6 plays a critical role in myelination and neuronal development, making it a potential target for studying neurodevelopmental disorders and peripheral neuropathies. Moreover, its expression patterns in various tissues and during different developmental stages highlight its significance in maintaining cellular homeostasis and signaling pathways. Given its involvement in important biological processes, the recombinant expression of ADGRG6 protein has garnered attention as it opens avenues for elucidating its functional mechanisms, interactions, and potential therapeutic applications. Understanding the role of ADGRG6 in health and disease could lead to innovative strategies for treating conditions linked to aberrant GPCR signaling, including cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. Thus, the production and characterization of ADGRG6 recombinant protein are crucial steps toward gaining a comprehensive understanding of this receptor's function and its implications in various biological contexts.
