Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LARP1 (La RNA-binding protein 1) is a key regulator of mRNA metabolism and translation, playing a critical role in cellular stress responses and the regulation of gene expression. It has been implicated in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. The study of LARP1 recombinant protein has gained significance due to its associations with different cancers and other diseases; this protein has been found to interact with the poly(A) tail of mRNAs, influencing their stability and translational efficiency. Research into LARP1 aims to unravel its molecular mechanisms and identify potential therapeutic targets. Additionally, LARP1 is involved in the response to cellular stress conditions, such as nutrient deprivation and oxidative stress, suggesting its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. The ability to produce LARP1 as a recombinant protein allows for detailed investigations into its structure-function relationship, its interactions with other cellular components, and its role in disease pathology. Understanding LARP1's function at a molecular level could provide insights into new strategies for cancer treatment and other related disorders. Overall, the characterization of LARP1 recombinant protein represents a pivotal step in elucidating its essential roles in post-transcriptional regulation and cellular stress responses, potentially leading to breakthrough advancements in biomedical research.
