稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CYBb, also known as cytochrome b-245 beta chain, is a crucial component of the NADPH oxidase complex, which plays a pivotal role in the immune system by generating reactive oxygen species (ROS) to combat pathogens. Research on CYBb, particularly through recombinant protein technology, has gained significant attention due to its implications in various diseases, including chronic granulomatous disease (CGD), an inherited immunodeficiency disorder caused by defects in the NADPH oxidase complex. Understanding the structure, function, and regulation of CYBb can provide insights into the mechanisms underlying immune responses and oxidative stress. Furthermore, recombinant CYBb can be utilized in diagnostic assays and therapeutic interventions, helping to elucidate its role in cellular signaling and disease pathology. Studies aim to characterize the protein's interactions and stability, assess its enzymatic functions, and explore its potential as a target for drug development. By harnessing the advances in protein engineering and purification techniques, researchers are paving the way for innovative applications of CYBb in both basic and translational research, potentially leading to improved treatments for immune-related disorders and enhancing our understanding of oxidative stress and inflammation in various diseases.
