Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GNa11, a member of the G protein family, plays a pivotal role in various signaling pathways that modulate cellular responses. Its significance arises from its involvement in G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) signaling, which is crucial for numerous physiological processes, including hormone secretion, immune responses, and neuronal communication. Abnormal GNa11 signaling has been implicated in various diseases, such as hypertension, where it can affect vascular smooth muscle tone, and certain types of tumors where it may influence cell proliferation and survival. Research on GNa11 recombinant protein focuses on understanding its structural and functional properties, which can shed light on its mechanisms of action. Furthermore, utilizing recombinant technology allows for the production of functional GNa11 proteins in controlled environments, enabling detailed studies of its interaction with GPCRs and downstream effectors. This research not only contributes to basic biological knowledge but also has potential therapeutic implications, as modulating GNa11 activity could offer new avenues for treating conditions associated with its dysregulation. Overall, the study of GNa11 recombinant protein is of considerable interest to scientists aiming to elucidate the complexities of G protein signaling and its impact on health and disease.
