Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KLHL13, a member of the Kelch-like protein family, plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including the regulation of cellular signaling and the maintenance of protein homeostasis. Its involvement in the ubiquitin-proteasome system highlights its importance in protein degradation and turnover, which are essential for cellular function and health. Alterations in KLHL13 expression or function have been implicated in several diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and certain cancers, suggesting that it may serve as a valuable biomarker or therapeutic target. The study of KLHL13 recombinant proteins allows for a detailed investigation of its structure-function relationships, as well as the mechanisms by which it interacts with other cellular components. Understanding these interactions can provide insights into the molecular pathways influenced by KLHL13 and may reveal potential interventions to modulate its activity in disease contexts. Consequently, characterizing KLHL13 through recombinant protein studies not only enhances our fundamental knowledge of its biological roles but also paves the way for novel therapeutic strategies aimed at diseases associated with dysregulated protein homeostasis.
