Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Adgre1, also known as the adhesion G protein-coupled receptor E1, has emerged as a crucial player in various biological processes, including immune responses and tissue homeostasis. As a member of the adhesion GPCR family, Adgre1 possesses a unique structure characterized by a large extracellular domain that facilitates interactions with ligands and other cells. Recent studies have highlighted its significant role in the regulation of monocyte and macrophage functions, which are vital for maintaining immune surveillance and tissue repair. Dysregulation of Adgre1 has been implicated in several pathological conditions, including chronic inflammatory diseases, cancer, and metabolic disorders. Therefore, understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying Adgre1's function is essential for elucidating its contributions to health and disease. To this end, the production and characterization of recombinant Adgre1 protein are pivotal in facilitating detailed studies of its biological roles and signaling pathways. By employing advanced protein engineering techniques, researchers aim to generate a stable and functional form of Adgre1, enabling the exploration of its ligand-binding properties and downstream signaling cascades. Such recombinant proteins can be utilized in various experimental setups, including binding assays and cellular signaling investigations, thereby providing insights into how Adgre1 modulates immune cell behavior and contributes to disease pathogenesis. Overall, the study of Adgre1 recombinant protein not only enhances our understanding of GPCR biology but also holds potential for developing novel therapeutic strategies targeting Adgre1-related pathways.
