稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MESD, or Mesoderm Developmental Protein, has gained significant attention in the field of developmental biology and cellular signaling due to its critical role in the maturation and functionality of Wnt receptors. These receptors are pivotal in various biological processes, including embryogenesis, tissue regeneration, and cell differentiation. The study of MESD's structure and function is essential for understanding how it interacts with Wnt ligands and influences downstream signaling pathways. Recent research has highlighted the importance of MESD in modulating the stability and activity of Frizzled receptors, which are key components of the Wnt signaling pathway. Furthermore, dysregulation of this pathway has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and congenital disorders. Investigating the recombinant production of MESD provides a valuable tool for exploring its molecular interactions and potential therapeutic applications. By creating a uniform and high-yield source of MESD, researchers can delve deeper into its functional mechanisms and contributions to cellular processes. This research background underscores the relevance of MESD in both basic science and potential clinical implications, as understanding its role could lead to novel strategies for therapeutic intervention in diseases associated with Wnt signaling aberrations.
