Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KIAA0415, a gene located on chromosome 12, has garnered significant attention in molecular biology due to its potential roles in various cellular processes. It is thought to encode a protein involved in cellular signaling and regulation, though its specific functions remain largely uncharacterized. Recent studies have suggested that KIAA0415 may play a critical role in oncogenesis, with implications for cancer biology, particularly in the context of tumor growth and metastasis. Furthermore, aberrations in the expression levels of KIAA0415 have been associated with several disorders, including neurological conditions and immune responses. The recombinant protein of KIAA0415 is therefore of great interest for therapeutic and diagnostic applications. Understanding its structure and function could lead to novel insights into disease mechanisms and the development of targeted therapies. Current research efforts are focused on the production and characterization of the KIAA0415 recombinant protein, using techniques such as molecular cloning and expression in suitable prokaryotic or eukaryotic systems. These studies aim to elucidate the protein’s biological activity, interactions, and potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Given the increasing prevalence of diseases linked to dysregulated cellular mechanisms, the investigation of KIAA0415 represents a promising frontier in biomedicine, with the potential to contribute to advancements in personalized medicine and improved treatment strategies.
