稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ING2 (Inhibitor of Growth 2) is a member of the ING family of proteins, known for their roles in regulating cell growth and apoptosis. As a candidate tumor suppressor gene, ING2 has garnered interest in cancer research, particularly regarding its involvement in pathways that maintain genomic stability and influence apoptosis. Research indicates that ING2 is frequently downregulated or lost in various cancer types, suggesting that its deficiency may contribute to tumorigenesis. The protein is known to interact with various chromatin-remodeling complexes, influencing gene expression and cellular responses to stress. Studies have also shown that ING2 can inhibit the activity of oncogenic transcription factors, thereby reinforcing its role in restraining uncontrolled cell proliferation. Given its significant function in cancer biology, ING2 has become a target of interest for therapeutic approaches aimed at restoring its expression and function in malignancies. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying ING2's activity could provide valuable insights into novel cancer treatment strategies, emphasizing the importance of ongoing research into this intriguing protein.
