稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KCND3, also known as potassium voltage-gated channel subfamily D member 3, is a member of the Kv channel family, which plays a crucial role in regulating neuronal excitability and various physiological processes, including muscle contraction and cardiac function. The study of KCND3 has gained significant attention due to its involvement in several neurological disorders, such as epilepsy and bipolar disorder, as well as its potential as a therapeutic target. Recent advances in structural biology and biochemistry have facilitated the recombinant expression and characterization of KCND3, allowing researchers to delve deeper into its functional properties and regulatory mechanisms. Understanding KCND3’s structure-function relationship is vital for deciphering its role in cellular signaling and pathophysiology. This research has implications not only for basic science but also for the development of novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating KCND3 activity. As such, recombinant KCND3 protein serves as an essential tool for drug screening and the investigation of ion channel-related diseases, making it a significant focus within the field of electrophysiology and pharmacology.
