Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IRF2BP1 (Interferon Regulatory Factor 2 Binding Protein 1) is a crucial factor in regulating immune responses and cellular processes. It plays a significant role in modulating the activity of interferon regulatory factors (IRFs), which are essential for the expression of genes involved in inflammatory responses and antiviral defenses. Research on IRF2BP1 has gained importance due to its implications in various diseases, including autoimmune disorders, cancer, and infectious diseases. It is known to interact with multiple signaling pathways, thereby influencing the expression of cytokines and other immune mediators. Recent studies have highlighted the protein's dual role as both a repressor and a promoter in different cellular contexts, depending on the presence of other interacting partners. This complexity makes it a compelling target for therapeutic interventions aimed at modulating immune responses. Further investigation into the structural characteristics and functional mechanisms of IRF2BP1, including the development of recombinant protein forms for various studies, offers potential insights into its role in health and disease. Understanding the intricacies of IRF2BP1 function could pave the way for the development of novel strategies in immunotherapy and the treatment of chronic inflammatory conditions.
