稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
INTS10 is a crucial component of the Integrator complex, which plays a pivotal role in the regulation of gene expression by processing non-coding RNAs, particularly those involved in the synthesis of small nuclear RNAs (snRNAs). The importance of INTS10 in cellular processes has prompted significant interest in its functional mechanisms and potential implications in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Research has shown that INTS10 interacts with several other protein factors and RNA molecules, forming a multifaceted network essential for transcriptional regulation and RNA processing. Understanding the structure and function of INTS10 is vital for elucidating its role in these pathways. Recent advances in techniques such as cryo-electron microscopy and X-ray crystallography have allowed for detailed insights into its protein folding and interactions, paving the way for potential therapeutic approaches targeting dysregulated INTS10 activity. Ongoing studies aim to dissect the molecular mechanisms by which INTS10 contributes to RNA maturation and its impact on overall genome stability, thereby highlighting the importance of this protein in both fundamental biology and clinical research.
