Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
INSC (Inscuteable) proteins are critical players in cellular processes such as asymmetric cell division, cell fate determination, and tissue organization. Initially identified in model organisms like Drosophila, INSC proteins are known to interact with various cellular components, ensuring proper orientation and distribution of cellular machinery during mitotic division. The study of recombinant INSC proteins has garnered attention due to their potential roles in developmental biology and disease mechanisms, particularly in cancer and neurodevelopmental disorders. By producing these proteins in a recombinant form, researchers can dissect their structure-function relationships, explore their interactions with other proteins, and understand their involvement in signaling pathways. The recombinant INSC proteins serve as valuable tools for elucidating the molecular underpinnings of cellular asymmetry and the impact on organismal development. Furthermore, the insights gained from these studies may pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies aimed at correcting the misregulation of cell division and differentiation processes associated with various diseases.
