Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
INPPL1 (Inositol Polyphosphate Phosphatase Like 1) is a critical protein involved in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, cell proliferation, and apoptosis. It acts as a phosphoinositide phosphatase, dephosphorylating inositol phosphates and thereby impacting cellular signaling pathways that regulate numerous physiological functions. Abnormalities in INPPL1 expression or function have been linked to several diseases, particularly in the metabolic and neurodegenerative domains, making it a molecule of interest for therapeutic interventions. Recent studies have highlighted the role of INPPL1 in insulin signaling, suggesting that it could be a potential target for treating metabolic disorders such as diabetes. Furthermore, research into its structural features and enzymatic mechanism could provide insights into its regulatory role in both normal physiology and disease states. As such, recombinant INPPL1 protein has become a focus for research, allowing scientists to explore its functional properties, interaction with other molecules, and potential drug development applications. Understanding the molecular dynamics of INPPL1 through recombinant techniques may pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating its activity in disease contexts, reinforcing the importance of this protein in biomedical research.
