Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The ING4 protein, a member of the inhibitor of growth (ING) family, has garnered significant interest in the field of cancer research due to its role as a potential tumor suppressor. Research has indicated that ING4 is involved in various cellular processes, including regulation of gene expression, cell cycle control, and DNA damage response. Mutations and decreased expression of ING4 have been associated with the progression of several cancers, suggesting that it may play a crucial role in maintaining cellular homeostasis and preventing malignancy. Additionally, ING4 has been implicated in the modulation of the p53 pathway, further linking it to critical tumor-suppressive functions. Investigations into the structural characteristics of ING4 have provided insights into its interaction with other proteins and its functional mechanisms within the cell. As such, understanding ING4's role in tumor biology not only enhances our comprehension of cancer mechanisms but also opens avenues for novel therapeutic strategies aimed at reinstating its function in cancerous cells. The study of ING4, therefore, presents both a compelling narrative of tumor suppression and a potential target for innovative cancer treatments.
