稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HLA-DOB (Human Leukocyte Antigen - DOB) is a crucial component of the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II molecules, playing a significant role in the immune response. It functions as a partner for HLA-DM, facilitating the proper loading of peptide fragments into MHC class II molecules, which are essential for T-cell activation and subsequent adaptive immunity. Research into HLA-DOB has gained traction due to its implications in various autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, and transplant immunology. Understanding the structural and functional properties of HLA-DOB is vital for elucidating its role in antigen presentation and immune regulation. Furthermore, the study of HLA-DOB has potential therapeutic applications, as it can serve as a target for vaccine development or immunotherapy approaches aimed at modulating the immune system. Moreover, exploring HLA-DOB's association with specific human leukocyte antigen (HLA) haplotypes may provide insights into genetic predispositions to certain diseases, enhancing our understanding of population genetics and disease susceptibility. Overall, the investigation of HLA-DOB recombinant protein is of paramount importance for advancing our knowledge of immune mechanisms and developing innovative strategies for treating immune-related conditions.
