Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HTATSF1 (HTA domain containing protein 1) is a pivotal protein implicated in various cellular processes, including transcription regulation and DNA repair. Initial studies have revealed that HTATSF1 plays a critical role in the regulation of histone modifications and chromatin structure, which are essential for maintaining genomic stability and influencing gene expression patterns. Researchers have observed that aberrations in HTATSF1 expression or function are associated with several oncogenic processes, highlighting its potential role as a biomarker for cancer progression and a target for therapeutic interventions. The recombinant production of HTATSF1 has become an area of interest, as it allows for the characterization of its structure and biochemical properties, facilitating studies on its interaction with other cellular proteins and DNA. Furthermore, understanding the functional mechanisms of HTATSF1 is vital for unraveling its contributions to cellular dynamics and disease states. Recent advancements in protein expression techniques have enabled the generation of large quantities of purified HTATSF1, paving the way for detailed functional assays and structural analyses. Ultimately, the study of HTATSF1 as a recombinant protein is integral for elucidating its roles in cellular biology and potentially developing novel strategies for cancer treatment and other diseases associated with chromatin dysregulation.
