稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD64, also known as FcγRI, is a high-affinity receptor for immunoglobulin G (IgG) and plays a crucial role in the immune response by mediating phagocytosis and antigen presentation. Its expression is primarily observed on activated monocytes and macrophages, making it pivotal in both innate and adaptive immunity. Research has shown that CD64 is upregulated in response to pro-inflammatory cytokines, indicating its potential role as a biomarker for inflammation and infection. The recombinant form of CD64 protein offers a valuable tool for studying its functional properties and interactions with IgG antibodies in various biological contexts. It has been utilized in therapeutic applications, such as targeted drug delivery systems and developing diagnostic assays for infectious diseases. Furthermore, understanding the structural and functional characteristics of recombinant CD64 can aid in the design of vaccines and immunotherapies by enhancing antigen presentation and stimulating stronger immune responses. As the need for innovative approaches to combat infectious diseases and improve immune therapies grows, the study of CD64 and its recombinant protein continues to gain importance in immunology and therapeutic research.
