稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interferon-alpha/beta R2 (IFN-α/β R2) recombinant protein has garnered significant interest in the context of viral infections and immune modulation. As a member of the type I interferon family, IFN-α and IFN-β are crucial cytokines involved in the innate immune response against viral pathogens. They play a pivotal role in the activation of immune cells, enhancing their antiviral activity, and promoting the expression of genes that establish an antiviral state in adjacent cells. Research has highlighted that recombinant forms of these interferons can be utilized therapeutically to combat various viral diseases, including Hepatitis C and certain cancers. However, challenges such as low bioavailability, rapid clearance from circulation, and potential side effects have prompted investigations into optimizing their delivery and efficacy. The development of recombinant IFN-α/β R2 seeks to overcome these hurdles by improving stability and enhancing the biological activity of the interferon. Furthermore, studies are exploring its role in regulating immune responses and its potential applications in autoimmune diseases. Overall, the evolving understanding of IFN-α/β R2's mechanisms and the advancement of recombinant technology hold promise for enhancing its clinical utility in treating infectious and inflammatory diseases.
