稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-12 beta (IL-12B) is a crucial component of the interleukin-12 (IL-12) cytokine family, playing a vital role in the immune response by regulating T-cell and natural killer (NK) cell activity. It is composed of two subunits, IL-12A and IL-12B, with the latter being essential for the biological activity of the IL-12 heterodimer. Research into IL12B recombinant protein has gained significant attention due to its potential therapeutic applications in various diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and infectious diseases. The ability of IL-12 to enhance the production of interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) and promote Th1 polarization positions it as a promising agent for immunotherapy. Recombinant IL12B can be utilized not only as a therapeutic protein but also as a research tool to study immune mechanisms and the modulation of host responses to pathogens. The development of recombinant IL12B protocols has opened avenues for investigating its effects on T-cell differentiation and its ability to elicit robust immune responses. Furthermore, studies on polymorphisms in the IL12B gene have highlighted its role in susceptibility to diseases, making it a target for precision medicine approaches. As a result, understanding the structure, function, and regulatory mechanisms of IL12B holds significant potential for developing new strategies to manipulate the immune system for therapeutic benefits. Overall, IL12B recombinant protein research is pivotal in elucidating immune pathways and laying the groundwork for innovative treatments in immunology and oncology.
