Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
INHbE is a recombinant protein derived from the inhibin family, which plays a crucial role in regulating reproductive functions and hormone balance. The research background of INHbE is rooted in its potential applications in reproductive biology and clinical medicine. Inhibins are glycoproteins primarily produced by the gonads that inhibit the secretion of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) from the pituitary gland, thereby playing a vital role in the feedback mechanism for reproductive hormone regulation. Understanding the structure and function of INHbE can provide insights into various reproductive disorders and aid in the development of therapies for conditions such as infertility, polycystic ovary syndrome, and hormone-related cancers. Additionally, recombinant production techniques have allowed for greater purity and availability of INHbE, facilitating further investigation into its biological activities, receptor interactions, and therapeutic potential. Recent studies have also explored its role in conditions beyond reproduction, including its influence on other signaling pathways and its potential as a biomarker for certain diseases. As research continues to evolve, the characterization of INHbE will be crucial in harnessing its full potential in both basic and applied sciences, underscoring the importance of this recombinant protein in advancing our understanding of hormonal regulation and reproductive health.
