Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MYO1E, a member of the myosin superfamily, encodes a motor protein that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including vesicle transport, endocytosis, and cell motility. Traditionally, research on MYO1E has focused on its function in cellular mechanisms and its implications in health and disease, such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. The protein's unique structure, characterized by a motor domain, a neck region with light chain-binding sites, and a tail domain that interacts with cellular components, makes it an intriguing subject for biophysical studies. Recombining MYO1E allows scientists to investigate its specific functions and interactions in a controlled environment, facilitating a deeper understanding of its mechanisms. Moreover, due to its involvement in critical biological processes, MYO1E has garnered attention as a potential therapeutic target. Understanding the dynamics of MYO1E through recombinantly expressed proteins could pave the way for novel approaches in drug development. Overall, research on MYO1E and its recombinant forms is essential to elucidate its complex roles in cellular physiology and pathology, potentially leading to breakthroughs in diagnosing and treating various diseases.
