Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The MYO1D protein, a member of the myosin superfamily, plays a crucial role in cellular processes such as vesicle transport, cell motility, and muscle contraction. Research into MYO1D has gained prominence due to its involvement in various physiological and pathological conditions, including cancer metastasis and neurodegenerative diseases. Its distinct motor properties and cellular localization make MYO1D an attractive target for understanding cellular mechanics at the molecular level. Recombinant MYO1D proteins are essential for characterizing the structural and functional attributes of this myosin isoform, allowing researchers to elucidate its role in cellular dynamics. Advances in recombinant protein technology have facilitated the production and purification of MYO1D, enabling detailed biochemical and biophysical analyses that reveal its interaction with actin filaments and other cellular components. Understanding the function of MYO1D through recombinant approaches not only contributes to basic biological knowledge but also holds potential for therapeutic interventions in diseases where MYO1D activity is altered. As a consequence, ongoing research aims to explore MYO1D's molecular mechanisms and its potential as a biomarker or target for drug development, advancing the frontier of molecular biology and therapeutic strategies.
