Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GTSE1, or G2 and S-phase expressed 1, is a crucial protein that has gained attention in cancer research due to its role in cell cycle regulation and its involvement in various malignancies. Initially identified as a gene that is highly expressed during the G2 and S phases of the cell cycle, GTSE1 has been implicated in promoting cell proliferation and survival by modulating the activity of key regulatory proteins. Research indicates that GTSE1 interacts with the tumor suppressor protein p53, thereby potentially inhibiting its function and facilitating oncogenic processes. Elevated levels of GTSE1 have been observed in several cancer types, including breast, lung, and colorectal cancers, suggesting its association with tumor progression and poor prognosis. Moreover, studies have shown that GTSE1 may contribute to cancer cell resistance to therapies, further highlighting its significance as a potential therapeutic target. Understanding the structural and functional properties of GTSE1 is critical for developing targeted interventions aimed at mitigating its oncogenic effects. Consequently, the research into GTSE1 recombinant proteins focuses on delineating its molecular mechanisms, interactions, and potential roles in cancer biology, paving the way for innovative treatment strategies that can enhance patient outcomes.
