Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FKBP3 (FK506-binding protein 3) is a member of the immunophilin family, playing a crucial role in various cellular processes, including protein folding, signaling, and stress responses. Its ability to bind to immunosuppressive drugs, such as FK506 and rapamycin, highlights its significance in immunoregulation and potential therapeutic applications. Research has demonstrated that FKBP3 is involved in the regulation of protein complexes, influencing cellular mechanisms such as apoptosis and cell cycle progression. Additionally, it has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, making it a target of interest for drug development. The recombinant expression of FKBP3 facilitates the exploration of its biochemical properties and interactions, providing insights into its function and therapeutic potential. Recent advancements in protein engineering and expression systems have enabled the production of high yields of functional FKBP3, allowing for detailed structural and functional studies. Understanding the role of FKBP3 in cellular processes and disease states may pave the way for novel strategies in the treatment of various disorders, further emphasizing the importance of this protein in biomedical research.
