Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GPR113 is a member of the G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) family, which plays a crucial role in various physiological processes and signal transduction mechanisms. The research on GPR113 has gained interest due to its potential involvement in several pathophysiological conditions, including obesity, metabolic disorders, and neurodegenerative diseases. As a relatively understudied receptor, GPR113's unique regulatory mechanisms and ligand specificity offer promising avenues for therapeutic exploration. Recombinant protein studies of GPR113 aim to elucidate its structure-function relationships, receptor activation pathways, and interactions with G proteins and other signaling molecules. Understanding GPR113 at the molecular level can provide insights into its biological functions and the potential for developing targeted treatments that modulate its activity. Additionally, the generation of GPR113 recombinant proteins facilitates high-throughput screening of small molecules, which could lead to the identification of novel modulators that can influence GPR113 signaling in disease contexts. Overall, the investigation of GPR113 through recombinant protein techniques is pivotal for advancing our comprehension of GPCR biology and its implications in health and disease.
