Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Ly6c1, a member of the lymphocyte antigen 6 (Ly6) family, plays a crucial role in immune responses and inflammation. It is predominantly expressed on certain leukocyte subsets, including monocytes and T cells, and has been implicated in various physiological and pathological processes. In recent years, research has highlighted its involvement in the differentiation of monocytes into macrophages, influencing their functions such as migration, activation, and cytokine production. Additionally, Ly6c1 has been studied in the context of cardiovascular diseases, autoimmune disorders, and cancer, where its expression pattern can provide insights into disease progression and outcomes. The development of recombinant Ly6c1 protein has enabled detailed investigations into its biological functions and interactions at the molecular level. This protein serves as a valuable tool for studying immune regulatory mechanisms, providing potential therapeutic avenues for modulating immune responses in various diseases. By understanding the role of Ly6c1 and its recombinant form in immune regulation, researchers aim to develop targeted strategies for enhancing immune responses or suppressing detrimental inflammation in clinical settings.
