稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
AVPR1B, or arginine vasopressin receptor 1B, is a member of the G protein-coupled receptor family and plays a pivotal role in the regulation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis, influencing stress response and neuroendocrine function. Research has highlighted its involvement in various physiological processes, including behavior, memory, and vasopressin release. The receptor is primarily expressed in the pituitary gland and the brain, and its activation has been implicated in modulating anxiety and depression. Studies indicate that variations in the AVPR1B gene may be linked to mental health disorders, making it a potential target for therapeutic intervention. Given its significant role in stress-related disorders and neurophysiology, recombinant AVPR1B protein is essential for investigating receptor structure-function relationships, signaling pathways, and interactions with ligands. Producing this protein allows researchers to elucidate its mechanisms and explore its potential as a biomarker or target for drug development, thereby advancing our understanding of its therapeutic relevance in the treatment of psychiatric conditions. This recombinant protein is vital for high-throughput screening of small molecules that could modulate AVPR1B activity and for characterizing the effects of specific genetic variants associated with disease susceptibility. As mental health continues to be a pressing global issue, further exploration of AVPR1B through recombinant protein studies holds promise for discovering innovative treatment approaches and improving patient outcomes in stress-related and mood disorders.
