Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PLA2R1 (Phospholipase A2 Receptor 1) is a key receptor implicated in various physiological processes, including immune response and renal function. Its role as a receptor for secreted phospholipases A2 (sPLA2s) has garnered attention due to its involvement in inflammatory conditions and autoimmune diseases, particularly in glucocorticoid-resistant forms of minimal change disease and focal segmental glomerulosclerosis. Research has identified PLA2R1 as an important target for therapeutic interventions, driving efforts to develop recombinant PLA2R1 proteins for both basic research and potential clinical applications. These recombinant proteins enable the elucidation of PLA2R1's structure-function relationships, facilitate the study of its interaction with ligands, and help elucidate its downstream signaling pathways. Moreover, generating monoclonal antibodies against PLA2R1 can provide tools for diagnostic purposes and potentially lead to novel treatment strategies for diseases linked to abnormal PLA2R1 activity, expediting the development of personalized medicine approaches. Understanding the mechanisms through which PLA2R1 operates could also enhance strategies to modulate immune responses, paving the way for innovative interventions in autoimmune disorders. Overall, the investigation of PLA2R1 recombinant proteins signifies a crucial step in advancing our understanding of its biological roles and therapeutic potential.
