Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ARHGEF18, a member of the guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) family, plays a pivotal role in regulating Rho GTPases, which are crucial for various cellular processes including cytoskeletal dynamics, cell migration, and proliferation. This protein has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its involvement in pathological conditions such as cancer and neurological disorders. Research indicates that ARHGEF18 modulates signal transduction pathways that influence cell behavior and gene expression, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. Furthermore, its role in oncogenic signaling has been emphasized, as aberrant expression of ARHGEF18 is linked to tumor progression and metastasis. The study of ARHGEF18 recombinant proteins has become increasingly important for understanding its functional mechanisms and interactions within the cellular environment. By generating and characterizing recombinant ARHGEF18, researchers aim to elucidate its biochemical properties, delineate its role in cellular signaling networks, and assess its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Overall, the investigation of ARHGEF18 and its recombinant forms can provide valuable insights into Rho GTPase regulation and its implications in health and disease.
