稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of the CYPA (Cyclophilin A) recombinant protein has gained significant attention due to its crucial role in various biological processes and its potential implications in human health and disease. CYPA is a member of the cyclophilin family, known for its peptidyl-prolyl isomerase activity, which facilitates protein folding and cellular signaling pathways. Emerging research indicates that CYPA is involved in immune responses, viral replication, and the progression of several diseases, including HIV infection, cancer, and neurodegenerative disorders. By utilizing recombinant DNA technology, scientists can produce CYPA in larger quantities, allowing for detailed studies of its structure, function, and interactions with other proteins. This recombinant form provides valuable insights into its enzymatic mechanisms and potential as a therapeutic target. Moreover, investigating CYPA’s role in pathological conditions can lead to the identification of novel biomarkers and treatments, making it a focal point in both basic research and clinical applications. As such, CYPA recombinant protein research not only enhances the understanding of fundamental biological processes but also opens avenues for innovative therapeutic strategies.
