Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of CSN (COP9 signalosome) core complex proteins has gained significant attention in recent years due to their crucial role in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, protein degradation, and cell cycle regulation. The CSN is a multi-subunit complex that regulates the ubiquitin-proteasome system, primarily by deneddylating cullin-RING ligases, thereby modulating the ubiquitination of target proteins. Dysregulation of this system is associated with numerous diseases, including cancer, neurodegeneration, and developmental disorders, making CSN proteins potential targets for therapeutic intervention. Research has shown that the CSN complex is involved in maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to environmental stresses, highlighting its importance in both normal physiology and disease contexts. The intricate mechanisms through which CSN proteins influence cellular functions underscore the need for further investigation to unravel their specific roles and interactions within various biological pathways. As a result, ongoing studies aim to elucidate the structural and functional properties of CSN proteins, paving the way for new strategies in drug development and disease management.
