稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FAP2, or Fibroblast Activation Protein 2, is a serine protease that belongs to the prolyl oligopeptidase family. It has garnered significant interest in biomedical research due to its overexpression in various pathological conditions, particularly in cancer-associated fibroblasts within tumor microenvironments. This characteristic makes FAP2 a potential biomarker for cancer diagnosis and prognosis. Furthermore, its enzymatic activity plays a crucial role in the remodeling of extracellular matrices and the regulation of immune responses, influencing tumor progression and metastasis. Recent studies have focused on the potential therapeutic applications of FAP2, including its use in targeted drug delivery systems and immunotherapies aimed at modifying the tumor microenvironment. Researchers are particularly interested in developing FAP2-targeted inhibitors that could selectively disrupt cancer-related processes, thereby reducing tumor growth and enhancing the efficacy of existing treatments. The recombinant expression of FAP2 also allows for detailed structural and functional studies, contributing to the understanding of its role in cancer biology and facilitating the development of novel therapeutic strategies. As such, the investigation of FAP2 as a target for therapeutic intervention is a promising avenue for advancing cancer treatment methodologies.
