稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HCCS (Holocytochrome c Synthase) is an essential enzyme that plays a critical role in the synthesis of holocytochrome c, a vital component involved in the electron transport chain of mitochondria. The study of HCCS recombinant protein has garnered significant attention due to its involvement in cellular respiration and energy production, processes that are fundamental to cellular function and metabolism. Dysregulation of HCCS activity has been linked to various mitochondrial disorders and diseases, underscoring the importance of understanding its structure and function. Researchers aim to produce HCCS in a recombinant form to facilitate detailed biochemical characterization and functional studies. By expressing HCCS in heterologous systems, scientists can investigate its enzymatic activity, binding properties, and interaction with other mitochondrial proteins, which could reveal new insights into the mitochondrial biogenesis and the pathophysiology of related diseases. Additionally, recombinant HCCS has potential applications in biotechnology and therapeutic interventions, positioning it as a significant target for research in bioenergetics and mitochondrial medicine. The exploration of HCCS recombinant protein contributes to the broader understanding of mitochondrial functions and holds promise for the development of novel strategies to ameliorate mitochondrial dysfunction-related disorders.
