稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CCR7 (C-C chemokine receptor type 7) is a critical chemokine receptor that plays a pivotal role in the immune system, particularly in the migration and homing of dendritic cells and T lymphocytes to lymphoid organs. Research into CCR7 has garnered significant attention due to its involvement in various physiological and pathological processes, including immune response regulation, autoimmune diseases, and cancer metastasis. The receptor interacts with specific chemokines, namely CCL19 and CCL21, facilitating the trafficking of immune cells to sites of inflammation and lymphoid tissues. Given its essential functions in immune surveillance and response, CCR7 is emerging as a potential therapeutic target for modulating immune responses in different disease contexts. To study CCR7’s structure-function relationship and enhance our understanding of its role in immune cell dynamics, researchers have developed recombinant CCR7 proteins. These proteins enable detailed examination of CCR7's binding interactions, signaling pathways, and functional characteristics in vitro. Such studies are pivotal in elucidating CCR7's mechanism of action and its implications for therapeutic interventions, particularly in designing strategies aimed at enhancing immune responses in vaccine development or inhibiting tumor cell migration in cancer therapies. Moreover, the development of CCR7-targeted therapies holds promise for manipulating immune responses in various disease states, thereby advancing the field of immunotherapy and regenerative medicine. Overall, continuous exploration of CCR7 and its recombinant proteins represents a promising frontier in understanding and potentially addressing immune-related disorders.
