Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CKLFSF8, a member of the CKLF (Chemokine-Like Factor) family, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential roles in immune responses and various physiological processes. Research indicates that CKLFSF8 is involved in the regulation of inflammatory pathways, making it a crucial candidate for investigating its implications in autoimmune diseases, cancer, and other inflammatory conditions. The protein's structure suggests a typical chemokine-like profile, which may mediate cellular signaling through chemokine receptors. Owing to its expression in various tissues and correlation with disease states, studying CKLFSF8 may lead to new insights into therapeutic targets and biomarkers for diagnostics. Recent efforts have focused on the recombinant expression of CKLFSF8 to explore its functional properties, stability, and interactions with other molecules. These studies aim to elucidate its mechanism of action and potential applications in medical science, including drug development and disease management. Understanding CKLFSF8 at the molecular level could pave the way for innovative strategies to tackle inflammatory diseases and enhance immune modulation therapies.
