Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
COMMD9 is a member of the COMM domain-containing proteins, which are implicated in various cellular processes including protein quality control, endosomal trafficking, and the regulation of the NF-κB signaling pathway. The study of COMMD9 has garnered significant interest due to its potential role in modulating immune responses and its association with various diseases, including certain cancers and inflammatory disorders. Researchers have focused on the characterization of COMMD9 recombinant proteins to better understand their structural properties and functional mechanisms. The production of recombinant COMMD9 proteins allows for detailed biochemical analyses, including studies on protein interactions and post-translational modifications. These investigations are crucial for elucidating the biological roles of COMMD9 in cellular pathways and its potential as a therapeutic target. Understanding the function of COMMD9 and its interactions can provide insights into its contribution to disease pathogenesis and the development of novel treatment strategies.
