稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CITED2 (CBP/p300-interacting transactivator with ED-rich tail 2) is a member of the CITED family of proteins known for their roles in gene regulation and cellular signaling. Its significance lies in its involvement in various biological processes, including embryonic development, cardiac function, and response to hypoxia. Research has shown that CITED2 interacts with key transcriptional coactivators such as CBP/p300, influencing the expression of genes critical for cell differentiation and survival. Abnormalities in CITED2 expression are linked to several pathological conditions, including congenital heart defects and certain cancers, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. Despite its importance, the mechanisms underlying CITED2 function remain inadequately understood, driving the need for studies involving its recombinant protein. By producing and characterizing CITED2 as a recombinant protein, researchers aim to dissect its functional properties, interaction partners, and regulatory networks. This approach not only facilitates a better understanding of CITED2's role in cellular processes but also provides insights that could lead to innovative strategies for targeting related diseases. Thus, the study of CITED2 recombinant protein is pivotal in revealing the multifaceted roles of this protein in health and disease.
