Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
THAP6 (THAP domain-containing protein 6) is a member of the THAP (THAP domain-containing proteins) family, which plays crucial roles in various biological processes, including gene regulation, cell differentiation, and apoptosis. Research on THAP6 has gained momentum due to its potential involvement in critical cellular functions and its implications in human diseases, particularly in cancer. Recent studies suggest that THAP6 may act as a transcriptional regulator, influencing the expression of genes associated with tumorigenesis. Its unique THAP domain allows for specific DNA binding, making it a significant focus for understanding gene regulation mechanisms. Furthermore, THAP6 has been implicated in various signaling pathways that govern cellular responses to stress and proliferation. The recombinant expression of THAP6 protein has enabled researchers to investigate its structural and functional properties, paving the way for uncovering its role in cellular processes and pathology. By studying THAP6 in a controlled laboratory setting, scientists hope to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying its function, identify potential biomarkers for cancer diagnosis, and explore therapeutic targets for intervention. Overall, the study of THAP6 recombinant protein is essential to broaden our understanding of its biological significance and its potential contributions to disease mechanisms.
