Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of CFB (Complement Factor B) recombinant proteins has gained significant attention due to their critical role in the complement system, which is an essential part of the innate immune response. CFB is a serine protease that participates in the alternative pathway of complement activation, playing a key role in immune defense against pathogens. Understanding the structure and function of CFB is crucial for elucidating its role in various immunological disorders, including autoimmune diseases and infections. Researchers are particularly interested in the recombinant form of CFB because it allows for detailed studies of its biochemical properties, interactions, and regulatory mechanisms. Advances in recombinant DNA technology have facilitated the production of these proteins, which can be used as tools for basic research and therapeutic applications. By analyzing the function of CFB, scientists aim to identify potential targets for novel immunotherapies and enhance our understanding of complement-mediated diseases. These studies hold promise not only for improving disease management but also for developing new strategies to modulate immune responses in various clinical contexts, emphasizing the importance of CFB in both health and disease.
