Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MAPK10, also known as Jun N-terminal kinase 3 (JNK3), is a member of the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) family, which plays a critical role in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. MAPK10 is primarily expressed in the brain and is implicated in neuronal responses to stress and inflammation. Dysregulation of MAPK10 signaling has been linked to neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease, making it an important target for therapeutic intervention. The study of MAPK10 recombinant protein is essential for understanding its structure-function relationships, regulatory mechanisms, and downstream signaling pathways. By producing recombinant MAPK10, researchers can investigate its biochemical properties, interactions with other proteins, and its role in cellular responses to various stimuli. Additionally, studies on MAPK10 can provide insights into its potential as a biomarker for neurodegenerative diseases and help in the development of novel treatments targeting this pathway. Overall, the recombinant MAPK10 serves as a valuable tool in elucidating the complex biological functions of this kinase in health and disease.
