稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD300E is an immune receptor that belongs to the CD300 family of receptors, which plays a critical role in regulating immune responses. This receptor is primarily expressed on myeloid cells, including dendritic cells, macrophages, and neutrophils. Research has indicated that CD300E can modulate the activation, maturation, and function of these immune cells, influencing processes such as phagocytosis, cytokine production, and cell migration. The significance of CD300E in autoimmune diseases, infections, and cancer has drawn attention from the scientific community, as it may serve as a potential therapeutic target. Recombination technology has enabled the production of CD300E recombinant proteins, facilitating structural and functional studies to elucidate its role in immune regulation. Characterizing the biochemical properties of CD300E, including its interactions with ligands and other signaling pathways, could pave the way for new immunotherapeutic strategies aimed at harnessing or disrupting its function in pathological conditions. Overall, the study of CD300E recombinant proteins is critical for advancing our understanding of immune mechanisms and developing novel interventions for various diseases.
